Chesapeake Crossing Apartments Fire Support

A network of over twenty (20) churches, ministries and businesses using their individual gifts to meet the needs of those affected by the Chesapeake Crossing Apartment fire.  Our unity has brought God glory and He has provided shelter, hundreds of hot meals cooked and delivered, thousands of dollars in food, furniture, household items and clothes donated as well as lots of prayer. The fire survivors themselves have commented on how they have never seen the church work together like this before and how wonderful it is!

These seniors, many of whom are disabled, still need our help.  184 units were affected by the fire, 78 totally destroyed and only 18 of those had renters insurance.

Brightcross Delivers Christmas Food Boxes

In partnership with the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia, Solid Rock Church, W.O.W. Gospel Ministries International and Agents of Faith, Brightcross delivered over 50 Christmas Food boxes for residents at Cheaspeake Crossing Apartments.

Those delivering the food were blessed by the many words of thanks and appreciation.

Some even offered music and songs of praise and worship for the one whose birth we celebrate this time of year.
